Set your own hours and availability. Work part-time or full-time. We build around your life, not the other way around.
Work online from anywhere in the US, or take on local in-person sessions based on your city and preference.

This isn't test-prep for the sake of grades. You'll build genuine relationships and watch kids transform. That's the work.
Current openings
We hire nationwide. All experience levels welcome. Passion matters most.
Work with elementary and middle school students on reading, math, writing, and foundational academic skills. Great for educators early in their career.
Help students build academic confidence alongside skills. You'll create personalized learning plans and provide monthly parent feedback.
Support students with ADHD, IEP/504 plans, dyslexia, and SEL-focused needs. Requires demonstrated experience working with neurodivergent learners.
Work with students who need high-level executive functioning, organizational, and self-regulation coaching. M.Ed or equivalent strongly preferred.
